Text Messaging Consent — FlashEx Courier & Concierge Services

FlashEx texts customers only about a request or delivery they asked us for: the quote, confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, and replies to their messages. Texts are sent from 1-914-504-3293. We never text anyone who has not agreed, and texts are never a condition of service. You can agree in three ways:

1. On our website forms

On the request forms on this website (Estimate, Concierge, Quote, Partner), next to the box you may check — the box starts unchecked — the consent reads, word for word:

Text me updates about my request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end.

By giving us your mobile number, you agree that FlashEx may text you about your request or delivery. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help. Texts are not a condition of service.

Checking that box is your agreement. It is recorded with your request, with the date and time.

About calls and email for your quote, the forms also state:

By sending this request, you agree that FlashEx may call you and email you to provide the quote you requested.

2. In our website chat

Our chat assistant shows the same consent text as the forms. Tapping “I agree — text me” is your agreement, and it is recorded before any text is sent.

3. By phone — the exact words you will hear

Many customers request a quote by calling us at 1-866-352-7439. Calls may be recorded, and you are told so at the start of the call. After your request is taken, our agent — a person, or our automated phone intake, reading the identical script — asks for your permission to text you. These are the exact words:

“One more thing before we finish. FlashEx can text you about this request: your quote, confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, and replies to your messages. Message frequency varies with your delivery, up to 4 texts per request or order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP anytime to end texts. Our Terms: flashexcourier.com/terms. Privacy Policy: flashexcourier.com/privacy. May we text you at this number to send your quote and updates about your delivery? Please say yes or no.”

If you say yes, you will hear:

“Thank you, you are set. We will text this number one short confirmation now; please reply YES to that text to confirm, and your quote follows right after.”

If you say no, or do not answer clearly, you will hear:

“No problem. We will not text you about this request. We can still help you by phone and email.”

Your answer is logged with your number, the date and time, and this script (version A2P-VERBAL-v1). After a yes, we send one confirmation text. Your quote and delivery texts begin only when you reply YES to that text, and your reply is kept as the record of your consent.

4. By keyword

You may also text YES to 1-914-504-3293 to agree to texts about your request. The enrollment confirmation message follows.

Si dice sí, escuchará:

Si dice no, o no responde con claridad, escuchará:

“Sin problema. No le enviaremos mensajes de texto sobre esta solicitud. Podemos seguir ayudándole por teléfono y correo electrónico.”

Su respuesta queda registrada con su número, la fecha y la hora, y este texto (versión A2P-VERBAL-v1). Después de un sí, enviamos un mensaje de confirmación. Su cotización y los avisos de entrega comienzan solo cuando usted responde YES a ese mensaje, y su respuesta queda como el registro de su consentimiento. Responda STOP en cualquier momento para dejar de recibir mensajes, o HELP para ayuda.
