These Terms of Service govern your use of flashexcourier.com. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Estimates, not final orders
All quotes provided through this site are estimates. A request is not final until it is confirmed directly with FlashEx by phone or email, including pickup details, delivery details, and price.
Payments
This website does not collect payment. If you have a client portal account, your invoices can include a secure payment link (PayPal or Stripe); payment happens on the provider’s page and is confirmed by email. Any other payment arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Portal accounts and orders
We create client portal accounts ourselves; there is no public sign-up. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for orders placed under your account. Every portal order asks you to accept the FlashEx Terms and Conditions shown in the portal for that order, including our coverage rules: standard coverage up to $100 against loss or damage while an item is in our care; higher coverage only with a declared value we accept, for an additional charge; and jewelry or high-end designer goods are not covered unless we collect them directly from the brand’s own store. The version you accept is recorded with your order.
Service and liability
We work hard to hit every promised window. FlashEx is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, severe weather, road closures, emergencies, strikes, or government action. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected job.
Permitted use
- Do not use this site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt the site.
- Do not impersonate FlashEx or misrepresent an affiliation with us.

SMS Messaging Terms
FlashEx Courier & Concierge Services sends text messages only to customers who have agreed to receive them, and only about a request or delivery they asked us for: their quote, confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, and replies to their messages. Texts are sent from 1-914-504-3293. You can agree in three ways. (1) On our website request forms (Estimate, Concierge, Quote, Partner), by checking the optional text-message consent box — the box starts unchecked, checking it is your agreement, and it is recorded with your request; our website chat offers the same agreement with an “I agree — text me” tap. (2) By phone, when you call 1-866-352-7439: after your request is taken, our agent asks, in the exact words published on our SMS Consent page, whether we may text you. Only a clear yes is agreement; after a yes we send one confirmation text, and your quote and delivery texts begin only when you reply YES to that text. (3) By keyword: text YES to 1-914-504-3293 and the enrollment confirmation follows. If you do not agree, we will not send you text messages about your request (email and phone updates are unaffected). Texts are not a condition of service.
- Message and data rates may apply as charged by your mobile carrier.
- Message frequency: After you opt in, message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per quote request or order, including your quote, confirmations, status updates, and follow-ups.
- Opt out: To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation text and will no longer receive messages from this number.
- Help: For help, reply HELP to any message, call 1-866-352-7439, or email contact@flashexcourier.com.
- Opt in: You may agree (1) by checking the text-message consent box on our website request forms, or by tapping “I agree — text me” in our website chat; (2) by phone, by saying yes when our agent asks and then replying YES to the one confirmation text we send; or (3) by texting YES to 1-914-504-3293. The exact consent wording for each way is published on our SMS Consent page.
- Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
