Payment Terms: All payments are processed securely via our payment providers. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Card details are transmitted directly to the payment provider and never touch FlashEx servers.

Authorization: By submitting payment, you warrant that you are the authorized cardholder or have explicit permission from the cardholder to use the payment method. Unauthorized use of payment methods is fraud and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Fraud Prevention: FlashEx reserves the right to verify your identity and cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized card use, or suspicious activity. We may request government-issued photo ID for verification before dispatch on any order at our discretion.

Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered will result in immediate account termination. FlashEx reserves the right to pursue collection of outstanding amounts plus any fees incurred.

Cancellations & Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancelled orders or packages that cannot be delivered as addressed.

Undeliverable Packages: Round-trip charges may apply for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal at delivery.
